Still searching for a holiday gift?
Now is a good time to buy Beach Badges for our LBI Beaches – they make great holiday gifts and you can save a little bit with the off-season, holiday pricing! Additionally, the LBIF’s Holiday Market, featuring local handmade vendors, will still be open through the 23rd of December!
Do you have New Year’s Plans yet?
The Ship Bottom Bash NYE will start at Noon on December 31st with live music and craft vendors all day until 6 pm and then a Nighttime Masquerade starting at 8 pm (21+, Dress to Impress). The night event is ticketed (more cost-effective if tickets are bought in advance), but either way – this event benefits Alliance for a Living Ocean and the Ship Bottom Fire Department! Also, the Surflight Theatre will be having a one night showing of the “Rave-Ons” a Buddy Holly Tribute Concert! Tickets to the 5 pm show are still available!
Got the kids home for holiday break?
The LBI Branch Library will be having a mid-winter break Art Escape for kids from 2:30-3:30 pm on December 27th and an early New Year’s Ball for Kids from 11 am-12:30 pm on December 31st. There will be crafts, dancing, snacks, and an early countdown!
Is your New Year’s Resolution to get in better shape?
Come out for some exercise and play Pickleball every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:15 – 3 pm at the St. Francis Community Center! Then, on January 2nd, come by the LBI Branch Library and get a free blood pressure screening from the LBI Health Department.
