Incredibowls was created in 2017 by Surf City native, Mike Franzoni, who had a vision to serve up local, organic and quality food, while providing an incredible hometown atmosphere right here on beautiful Long Beach Island! Not only do the locals love us but we love them! We are fully staffed with friendly and personable local young men and women ready to answer any questions you might have!
All his life Mike knew he wanted to open his own business in his hometown of Surf City but just didn’t know what route to go. Fast forward to 2014 and a short stay in California. He was quickly introduced to the healthy lifestyle of which California was already in tune with, which included açaí bowls almost every morning for breakfast. On returning back home to the east coast, Mike was brought to a sad realization that no one was making them in his hometown. After working in the food business for a couple years and learning the ways of the craft, he was able to open up his own açaí bowl shop, Incredibowls.
