49th Annual Long Beach Island Commemorative 18 Mile Run

After A 2 Year hiatus due to coastal storm flooding and COVID-19 precautions, the 18 Mile Run is back in person!!
Race Starts at 10:30 AM in Holgate
The course is a straight, flat, point-to-point run
heading North on Long Beach Blvd.
Air temperature in October on LBI is approx
65 degrees, winds generally coming from the South.
Applications are available at the Front Desk of the Community Center and Online Here.
Registration will open Monday June 7th both in person and online. To receive a Commemorative T-Shirt and race medal you must be registered by Monday Sept. 20th at 5pm.
Final Registration and race packet pickup will be held from 2pm -7pm on Sat. Oct. 9th and from 7am -9:30am on Sunday Oct. 10th

The funds raised from this year’s race will go directly into the St. Francis Community Center’s Recreation and Aquatic departments to help us better serve our community through programs such as group and private swim team clinics, aquatic exercise classes, recreation basketball, summer sports camps and much more.

$55 (per runner) Member discount until 09/20/21.

Every Runner Signed Up By Sept. 20th will receive a race t shirt and commemorative medal.
The event is sponsored by St. Francis Community Center, Brant Beach, NJ, in cooperation with the LBI Jewish Community Center.
