2023 Oldies NJMM Fundraiser

Come be a part of the Oldies Fundraiser on May 6th to benefit the New Jersey Maritime Museum. Oldies music will be provided by the Eddie Testa Band. Casual attire, full service cash bar, and reservations required!

$75 for non-members, $60 for members.

Due to the generosity of the Burris, Nugent, and Magaziner families, our fundraiser will be held on May 6, 2023 at Bird & Betty’s Restaurant & Bar from 4 pm until 9 pm. This event should prove to be much more convenient and comfortable than past indoor-outdoor tented affairs. With the change in date, time is running short. We don’t mean to pressure you, but we need your support in providing us with gift certificates and merchandise for our Chinese and Silent Auctions. These auctions have been awesome in the past, and with your help we hope to continue that tradition.

Our Chinese Auction historically has consisted of 50 prizes, usually worth $250 and up. We try to group items to fit a particular theme, such as Fun in the Sun, Car Care, Island Getaway, Beauty Products, Cooking, Bookworm Basket, Wine Taster, Home Décor, etc. Our Silent Auction consists of higher end items for which written bids are submitted. These prizes usually feature fishing trips, cruises, vacation packages, paintings and prints, professional sports tickets, bicycles, decorative furniture, grills, and other such items. We also will have a 50/50 cash raffle. No donation is too small, and all are truly appreciated. All donors will be recognized in our official program and will be provided with a NJMM receipt for tax purposes.
