3rd Annual Shellfish Soiree at the LBIF

Our “Edu-Taste-tional” event is a fundraiser for the LBIF, sponsored by Bay Avenue Plant Company and presented by ReClam the Bay, The Tuckerton Seaport, Forty North – Oyster Farms, Parsons Seafood and Little Egg Oyster and with the support from The Arlington, Bistro 14, Jetty, The Local Market and Kitchen, Sassafras Hill Farm, and The Old Causeway Steak & Oyster House.
The festivities include shellfish tastings prepared by chefs of The Arlington, Bistro 14, and The Old Causeway Steak & Oyster House along with grilled clams from Little Egg Oyster and wine pairings. Beer and wine will also be available for purchase. Oyster farmers Dale Parson of Parson’s Seafood and Scott Lennox & Sarafina Mugavero of 40 North Oysters will lead stimulating conversations. Guests are invited to shop the display of local art by East & Firefly Gallery. The evening will close with a dessert and coffee bar hosted by The Local.
