Kids Take & Make: Yule Log

Stop by the Library to pick up a winter themed craft. Yule is a Pagan holiday celebrating the Winter Solstice. It begins on December 21 and ends on January 1. The yule log is burned throughout the 12 days leading from the Solstice, up until the new year. The burning of the yule log is celebrating the return of the sun after the longest night of the year.
