Thanks 4 Giving 5k Run

A note for the organizers (HFSO): “Flat course thru the streets of the historic district in Beach Haven. We also have added a 1 mile Run/Walk for those who prefer it! This event is family friendly, costumes welcome, stroller & friendly dog friendly.  We have reduced the fee for the run, and now registrants can order shirts as an add-on. Proceeds go to Hunger Foundation of Southern Ocean, an organization that supports 8 local food pantries & 3 in-school pantries in Southern Ocean county. Come work off all that turkey & trimmings calories for a great cause!  Warm up yoga starts at 8:30.  Bring a new, unwrapped toy for the Beach Haven First Aid Squad Toy Drive, too!

Hunger Foundation of Southern Ocean is a local, all volunteer non-profit organization with a mission to support local food pantries as they assist our residents with their basic food needs, and to help educate the public of the basic food needs of individuals and families in our area.”
