This legendary event\, one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious surf fishing tournaments\, offers anglers a shot at over $25\,000 in prizes for landing striped bass\, bluefish\, kingfish\, blackfish\, red drum and fluke. \nDates: August 29 – November 29\, 2026.\nLast year\, the 2025 event ran with a modified structure incorporating a shift forward in dates and a revised prize structure as well as the inclusion of fluke aka summer flounder to the target species roster. \nFrom the first cast to the final weigh-in\, this is your chance to compete and conquer the surf.
