Go to the Beach!
Island-wide, our lifeguards will be on duty, starting this weekend. Barnegat Light, Beach Haven, Harvey Cedars, Long Beach Township, Ship Bottom, and Surf City Beaches will be staffed. Some patrols will only have select bathing beaches open – please make sure your beach is guarded before going for a dip!
Drink Some Wine!
Don’t miss the Annual Wine Fest, held at Taylor Waterfront Park, on Friday the 16th (4 pm – 8 pm) and Saturday the 17th (12 pm – 6 pm). There will be live local music, fresh local food, and a variety of local wine! This event is B.Y.O.C…..Bring Your Own Chair!! For tickets, click here.
Take a Walk!
Surf City is holding a town-wide event called Surf The Sidewalk. Local Surf City businesses will be having sales, giveaways, music, and special events all day long on Saturday, June 17th! For more information, click here.

St. Francis Community Center in Brant Beach will be holding its Spring Craft Show from 9:30 am – 4 pm on Saturday, June 17th in the Community Center Gym ($2 at door)! Curious what’s for sale? Click here.
Take Part in a Tradition!
Viking Village’s Annual Blessing of the Fleet Ceremony will occur on Sunday, June 18th at 18th St. and Bayview Ave. in Barnegat Light. This ceremony honors our commercial fishermen and begins at 5:30 pm.
