LHO is a NJ Community Association that was formed in 1956.

Its focus is the enjoyment of Loveladies Harbor by the members of LHO.

It is governed by a Board comprised of five officers and up to nine trustees.

It owns and maintains two parking lots for easy ocean access (55A and 99 Long Beach Blvd). Members and Guest Members displaying parking passes may park in the lots during the summer season.

It owns Mathews Point, a bayside park / playground at 76 Bayview. Members often gather at Matthews to watch beautiful sunsets. Our children and grandchildren enjoy the swings and other playground equipment.

It holds an annual picnic at Matthews Point and an annual meeting of members at the Long Beach Island Foundation.

It tests our lagoons to ensure that we swim, fish and boat in clean, safe water.
