Free Wellness Screenings

Hackensack Meridian Health Southern Ocean Medical Center will be at St. Francis Community Center on Monday, September 17 from 9:30am – 11:00am for Free Wellness Screeings.
Screenings will include Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Glucose, Stroke Risk Assesment, Body Mass Index and Pulse.
Fasting is not required.
