How to Arrange Holiday Flowers (Surf City)

Florist Tracey from My Rose Garden Florist in Barnegat will show you how to arrange beautiful flower bouquets for a variety of Holiday occasions. Each participant will go home with an arrangement. There will be a Q&A after the presentation. All supplies will be provided, this program is sponsored by the Friends of the Island Library.
